“Super Blood Wolf Moon. this 12×16” giclee velvet rag is #6/150, it is protected by heavy foam core board and archival see through sleeve. The original painting is acrylic on canvas board. I watched the January 2019 lunar eclipse on a perfectly clear night. It was a rare event when the sun, earth and moon line up perfectly and had not happened in nearly 2 decades. It was so beautiful and I was able to get some really nice photos. I knew I wanted to paint it and the name gave me the idea to create this northwest native American style wolf.
